RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to make you happy! So, we have drafted up a few policies and understandings. If you want to exchange an item for other products we are here to help and eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged. If you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise you may follow the steps mentioned below on how to submit a return/exchange online.

Online Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

Online Sale merchandise can be returned or exchanged for the price discounted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned in exchange for a KnottyTails Gift Card or credit only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned or the price it was purchased if on sale at that time. Please submit your return/exchange request online using the steps outlined below.

Online Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All items purchased through Facebook Sale Events are final sale.

In-store Merchandise is returnable only to the store in which the item was purchased according to that individuals stores own policy. Items bought at a department store, a boutique partner or any other store selling KnottyTails merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to KnottyTails.com.

The Cost to Ship Return  The customer is required to pay to ship on an exchange or return orders. Original shipping and handling charges for the merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on KnottyTails.com may be returned for a KnottyTails Gift Card.

If you need further assistance or have any questions regarding the polices contact KnottyTails Customer Care at 352-246-6435 between 8 AM and 12 AM ET, seven days a week. KnottyTails Gift Cards/ Credit purchased as such are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

PAYPAL RETURNS When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy, with the following exceptions: Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Merchandise returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.

METHOD OF REFUNDS & CREDITS KnottyTails will refund the original form of payment or provide you with a KnottyTails Gift Card according to our policies. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to prepare and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS Please follow the same guidelines above. If you require further assistance, please contact us. A customer care attendant will call you directly. We will help to make this process as smooth as possible.

How to Submit Return/Exchange

You can submit a return or exchange request by going to My Account in the top right corner of the page. Once inside your account, click on the Order link in the left-hand menu. Once inside of your order history, locate the order number you wish to return or exchange and click the view button. Once inside the order scroll to the refund/exchange area and follow the steps to submit your request.
